How the System Works

• Smart Trolley & Crane Line: Workpieces are loaded onto hangers or crane chains at the loading station and then automatically transferred into the blasting cabinet via the motorized trolley/crane system.

• Precise Rotation: Once inside the cabinet, the hangers rotate around their own axis via an inverter-controlled drive system.

• Blind-Spot Free Blasting: 3 to 10 strategically angled high-performance YILDIRIM turbines apply homogeneous shot blasting to every surface of the components, achieving Sa 2.5 – Sa 3 cleanliness standards.

Technical Advantages

• High Turbine Efficiency: Manufactured from wear-resistant special alloys (supported by manganese and Hardox liners), the turbines deliver maximum cleaning performance with low energy consumption.

• Automatic Abrasive Recycling: The utilized abrasive is continuously cleaned of dust via a screw conveyor, elevator, and air separator before being automatically fed back into the system. This closed-loop configuration ensures low abrasive consumption and high operational economy.

• Centralized Control: Thanks to the PLC infrastructure, trolley/crane movements, hanger rotation speed, blasting duration, and the filtration system are managed from a single center. Fault and maintenance alerts are displayed instantly on the operator panel.

• Eco-Friendly & Quiet: High-suction Jet-Pulse filter units prevent dust emissions into the factory environment, ensuring low-vibration and quiet operation.
